  • Datateam Business Media has appointed Ella Monnerat as editor of Factory & Handling Solutions, covering latest developments in manufacturing and engineering. Ella can be reached by email.

  • Engineering & Technology (E&T) has appointed Beatriz Valero as news reporter. Beatriz was previously a content writer for Digital Bulletin. She covers engineering and technological innovations and can be reached by email.
  • Business Insider UK has appointed Louise Ridley as senior editor.

  • The Financial Times has launched the FT Edit app. The app offers readers eight hand-picked stories every weekday, including in-depth reads, reporting and analysis on world news, business, science, culture and more.

  • Bloomberg has launched Bloomberg UK, a cross-platform editorial brand focusing on business and financial news for British audiences. The brand will be led by a London newsroom of more than 500 journalists and analysts, with the site highlighting issues shaping the British economy, including: City of London, Future of British Business, Politics & Policy, Culture, Green, Equality and Wealth.
