  • New Civil Engineer has appointed Gavin Pearson as editor. He was previously the global editor at Infrastructure Global and will be overseeing content for the magazine.

  • Metropolis Group has also appointed Tom Pashby as a senior reporter at New Civil Engineer. Prior to this, Tom was a digital journalist at IEMA and IEMA’s in-house magazine Transform.

  • Setform has appointed Siobhan Doyle as editor. Siobhan will manage and contribute to International Mining EngineerInternational Oil & Gas Engineer and EngineerLive.com, among other engineer-focused magazines. Siobhan joined in November and was previously assistant features editor at Engineering & Technology (E&T).

  • Datacenter Dynamics has appointed Charlotte Trueman as compute, storage and networks editor, working across DCD’s website, magazine and supplements. Charlotte was previously senior writer at Computerworld.
